We want to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, Please e-mail all exchange requests to [email protected]
Please choose “Exchange” for the subject. In the message, please state the following:
Your order reference number.
Product details of the item you want to return for exchange.
The reason why you want to make a return.
The new product you want for exchange.
You will be given 7 days upon receiving the item if you wish to return for exchange. You have to return the UNUSED item to be exchange with the original packaging.
The sunglasses or Frames you wish to return for exchange must be sent back to us without damage and with complete of all its parts and accessories.
The contact Lenses you wish to return for exchange must be sent back to us without damage and the packaging is unopened.
EXCHANGE
We offer One (1) time product replacement only
We will send courier personnel to pick-up the first item from you and we will send the new item to you within 6-10 business days.
Shipping will be FREE of charge for one time only.
* After we received the first item back in our office, the new item will be shipped.
* Eyewear purchased have a one (1)year warranty.
